I’ve been working with Alexia for a year and 9 months, I’m on my second show and I worked with her all through out my off season. She is truly amazing at what she does! She is an awesome person all around, she’s not just a coach she’s a friend. She will push you to your goals and you will succeed. I recommend her for any kind of weight and fitness goals :)

My husband and I have been on a hunt for a good nutritionist for a long time, never have I thought that once I find the right person my life is going to be changed forever. Not only do I look the best I’ve ever looked in my life, but boy is my skin glowing, and everybody thinks I’m at least ten years younger. Ha! I have to say I am more than satisfied, Chris is very very skilled professional and I highly appreciate his knowledge. Always willing to answer all the questions, and very easy to communicate with. I am giving ten stars. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Alexia since February 2018. I was at a place where I was frustrated and wanted to do something positive and healthy for myself. I needed a change. My ultimate goal was to lose weight and gain lean muscle and strength. I wanted to do all of this through a tailored workout and meal plan...AND I required one cheat meal per week because I visit my grandma weekly and bringing my own food to her house (Italian grandma) when she cooked a meal wasn’t happening!! Alexia understood how important this was to me. She has been supportive and flexible through the entire process. She was able to tailor a plan to my needs. Alexia is understanding and able to change things on the fly when something isn’t working for me (pain with certain exercises, for example) or if I feel I need a change. She is patient and never makes me feel like I am training under pressure and when I don’t understand something, she explains it without making me feel silly!! She has a great sense of humor and always seems to understand the weirdness that is me!! I would highly recommend Alexia for your weight loss and training needs. I am currently down 10 pounds and have seen a positive change in the way I look. I am without a doubt stronger than I was when I started and I feel motivated to keep going!! Chris Tuttle was recommended to me by one of the top bodybuilders in the world, Evan Centopani. Chris is truly one knowledgeable man. He put a plan for me that truly fits my needs. Since I started with him, I swear I have no stomach pain as I had in the past, I can mix and choose from a lot of variety of healthy food that I actually like. His responses every check in are very motivational and seriously honest. Whenever I ask a question he answers with full details. I am from Saudi Arabia and honestly he is so easy to deal with and very very friendly. I see results every week and was really surprised about how many people he coached, and they all look so damn good. I think I’ll be working with this talented man for a long time. Chris my man, save one customer that will always ask for your knowledge and advise.

I have always eaten properly and worked out to control my weight. 6 months ago I noticed my weight creeping up and could not get it down. I was connected to Chris and he put me on a "life plan", straightening out my combination of foods & exercise and understanding of my body's needs. I have lost 10 pounds and feel great. Chris is there for me whenever I have a question or concern. He monitored my progress and educated me every step of the way. I thought my issues were a result of being middle aged. NOPE! So, if you need some help, call Chris. Worth every penny!
