I want to thank you for providing me a personal nutrition plan that provided real results. I’m an active 60+ year old who regularly exercised for about 2-decades and ate what I thought were reasonably balanced meals without much junk-food. However my weight still crept up and I was not able to find an effective way to lower my weight by much more than 5%.
I heard about you through my son, who was already in great shape, but was working with you to fine-tune his body fat %. As they say,” the rest is history."
You developed a specific plan for me based on food types that I preferred along with providing an alternate exercise plan; you monitored my progress and tweaked the diet over time. All I had to do was commit to follow the plan, which I did, and consequently achieved real results of 14% weight loss.
I am an Engineer by profession and understand the value of a good plan and the fact that you need knowledge and experience to develop a good plan. I can attest to the fact that that you possess the knowledge/experience to design an effective weight loss plan that will absolutely achieve results. I found the plan very “user friendly,” in that the meal plan was one I could maintain without feeling constantly hungry or having to eat foods I didn’t particularly care for. Chris - I was extremely impressed with your attitude towards helping me. From the very first phone call - I knew it was game-set-match! You started working with me immediately and the attention never diminished. You made the entire process go smoother than I could ever image and I really truly appreciate that. I knew what this competition would entail because I have attended many other shows, and talked with many other competitors - however your expertise made it seem easy. I am also very thankful to have your support at the event - even though you couldn’t be in there with us just knowing you were there was enough. You over exceeded my expectations and the fact that we were in constant communications speaks HUGE! I will definitely refer you to anyone interested in competing.
When my husband first talked to me of getting on a meal/workout plan with you, I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into, but I figured that he was dieting I might as well try it out. Shortly after beginning, I quickly told myself what am I getting myself into?! He cannot be serious?! My body hurts in ways I never thought was normal and what is this stuff he calls food?? This is too weird but it’s only been a week, I cannot be weak and give up. Time to push through and see if he truly is as good as others say he is.
Now fast forward to 6.5 years later, I must admit, that they were 100% correct about you. You have taught me how to make good choices and still enjoy life. And with your help, I competed in 3 shows and placed very well in them; survived the aftermath of competing and did not suffer from any mental issues/body-dysmorphia as a lot of girls tend to suffer from; had a healthy pregnancy and had the most amazing transformation after the birth of my little miracle child. And now at the age of 32, I feel that I am stronger, am 20x more confident about myself than I have ever been.

Chris Tuttle is by far one of the best people I know. As a coach, mentor, and a friend, Chris goes above and beyond to help his clients look their best as well as bring out their best package that they have to offer.
Working with Chris, I knew I had the right guy because he answered all of my questions and clearly has an understanding that most do not of this process. Before I saw Chris I wasn't happy with my progress but after working with Chris things changed fast. I gained more size and leaned out extremely well for my competition. After deciding to stop competing in bodybuilding competitions I thought I could maintain the physique that I have always dreamed of without a looming competition deadline over my head. After a year of trying to maintain the physique that I wanted by myself by doing what I thought was right, working out how I thought I should, and eating what I thought I should, I realized that I was wrong and that I still had much to learn.
While still being a huge bodybuilding fan, I continued following the sport which is when I learned that Chris had won his Pro card at the 2013 Nationals. When Chris won, I am sure just like many people, I researched Chris trying to find out what the keys to his successes were. After learning about Chris’s background and seeing that he is a Registered Dietitian who focuses on a holistic approach to helping others achieve their goals, I thought that maybe this guy will be the answer to my desire of becoming a better version of myself and being able to achieve and maintain the physique that I desired.
Eventually, I gained enough nerve and contacted Chris inquiring on whether or not he would be willing to take me on as a client. To my surprise, Chris contacted me and said he would be happy to take me on. Over the next several months Chris worked with me and we not only achieved the results that I had hoped for, but we found a plan that worked for me, a plan that, if followed would allow me to maintain the results and the look that I could be proud of.

I thought I'd share my progress I've had with Christopher Tuttle as my coach!
We started working together when I was 12 weeks pregnant. I have checked in with Chris every week since then. It has been such a positive, exciting journey. Having Chris as my coach has helped me through my "issues" with food and body image. I found that by working with Chris the more honest and open you are the better results you'll get. He doesn't put you down for slipping on your diet or losing momentum. We are all human and he knows that. He's adjusted my diet and exercise routine based on my mental state. He would always ask how I am doing mentally. Am I tired or do I have cravings. The last thing he wants to do is tax your metabolism. It's hard admitting to your coach that you need a "break" but Chris makes it easy to be truthful.
I can't thank him enough for always steering me in the right direction and giving me pep talks when I needed them. I gained 50lbs with my pregnancy and have lost 80 in the last 10 months. So yes I am 30lbs lighter then when I started with Chris. And that was our plan! Remember if you truly want results you'll be patient, humble, consistent and motivated enough to get them.
I was referred to Chris Tuttle for dietary reasons. I have IBS. My training and eating plans were quite good but I learned so much from the 12 weeks I worked with Chris. It has made a major change in my life and I feel so good. I did not need to lose weight at all but I did. I had believed I needed to do cardio 5+ days to keep weight off. I only do cardio 3 days a week with 3-4 days of strength, along with Chris’s dietary plan. This change has created a greater sense of balance in my life and my IBS is the best it has been. About a year and a half ago I was really upset with the way I was looking and feeling. A friend of mine told me about Chris Tuttle. Chris was awesome from the very beginning and got me motivated. What stood out the most about our conversation was the fact that he genuinely cared and was passionate about his profession.
At first, the meal prep seemed a little overwhelming (lots of food), but Chris was always there to answer any questions I had and to explain things. Over the course of the next year I did what I was told 99% of the time..... and the weight started falling off! It wasn't always easy though, there were a few times along the way that I thought about just stopping and giving up. I don't even know if Chris realized it, but every week when I checked in, whether I had a good week or not, he would give me words of encouragement and any negative thoughts I had about quitting vanished. Sometimes I thought to myself, this guy cares more about me loosing weight than I do and I found myself never wanting to let him down...
So, as of right now, I've been working with Chris for about a year and a half and I'm down 83 lbs. I still have a ways to go till I reach my goals, but I haven't felt this good in a very long time and am extremely happy about the progress I have made to this point so far. This whole process has been a great experience for me. It's taught me a lot about myself and nutrition and I can't wait to keep going forward. I have lost 20 lbs the right, healthy way. After 12 short weeks I have never felt/looked better! Working with Chris was inspiring because every week I saw real results! Positive Motivation, Convenience and Satisfying, would be the best way to describe Chris Tuttle’s nutritional weight loss program. I have spent the last six months working closely with Chris to get down to my goal weight, and since day one he has been a very encouraging motivator to help me through each weigh in. Chris is a great coach, who is very complimentary and reassuring when things are both going well and not exactly in your favor. He drives you to work harder and harder each and every week! And pushes you do the best that you can do.
The convenience of this whole program is truly great! You don’t have to plan your day around getting to the gym or his office in order to weigh in. Everything is through email, which works out perfectly with my hectic schedule. As soon as you weigh in for the week, Chris responds very quickly with any changes to your meal plan or comments for the upcoming week.
The number one thing that makes this nutritional weight loss program so great is that I was never hungry! Ever. Chris gives you a list of food, which you then order them in order of favorite to least favorite. Chris then compiles this information and develops your own personal meal plan, so you are eating foods that you actually like, and you’re never craving to cheat on your diet!! I couldn’t be happier with this program!
Deciding to get healthy and lose weight is a big decision. When I stepped on the scale one day and saw the largest number I had ever seen on the scale I knew it was time to do something different. On top of the number on the scale my cholesterol was out of control. I had tried all the fad diets and all the workout DVDs you can think of and nothing was working.
The first time I spoke with Chris he was very positive and was sure he could help me. I was skeptical since nothing else had worked. Although it was really hard at times and I was discouraged at times, having Chris to answer to made all the difference!
After 3 months my cholesterol was down almost 20 points!! After 6 months I’m within 6 pounds of my goal weight. Chris taught me what to eat and when. I find myself reaching for a salad and protein when I’m hungry now, not junk! I am the healthiest I have ever been and so is my family. I can’t thank Chris enough!!!

Deciding to live a healthy lifestyle has been a long and painful road. I am ever so guilty of people pleasing and justifying going off the path. Friends want to grab drinks, mom wants to do lunch. Every week! I have gone up and down, had this trainer and done that meal plan. It’s been a learning process, both mentally and emotionally.

Working with Chris has been amazing. It was wonderful having my nutritionist, trainer and coach all in one person. I didn’t need to keep three different people up to date on what was going on. Chris is very patient and kind.
Contest prep can be a tough road and he has the experience and compassion to handle all situations that arise, may they be physical or emotional. I couldn’t imagine going through my contest prep without his 7am pep talks and constant attention to me. I felt like I was his only client! I am so very glad that I found Chris and am lucky enough to have him as my coach.
This summer I found myself at a place in my fitness journey where I was ready to take it to the next level. I wasn’t eating poorly but my portion sizes need to be tamed. A friend of mine recommended that I contact Chris and share some of my goals with him.
After consulting with Chris, he designed a meal plan for me. I’ve stuck with the meal plan for a little over a month now. Most days I stuck to the plan 100%, eating 5x a day, drinking about 70 oz. of water each day, and 30 minutes of cardio at least 3x a week. The days I didn’t follow each meal I would typically eat 4 of the meals on the plan and one that was not on the plan. While doing this though, I still took into consideration my portion size and what I was eating.
Through the last month I have lost 10 lbs, I still have 5 more to go to reach my goal. Along with my strength and endurance training, Chris’s meal plan has helped to teach me what my body needs. Working with Chris Tuttle for my first bodybuilding competition was an incredible journey. From the very first time I contacted him, he kept me motivated and on the right path of reaching my goal of being on stage.
My contest prep included a diet, periodic scheduled training and posing sessions. The training showed me how to train safer with perfecting my form and applying more effective exercises.
I had plenty of questions throughout the duration of my prep and all of my questions were answered in great detail. Working with Chris and trying my best helped me get 1st place in the novice class, 1st place in the open class, 1st place in the Overall, a medal for best poser and I earned my WBFF pro card!
Although I generally had a good idea of what I was supposed to eat, I lacked a definitive structure in my diet.
Chris helped me out a lot by providing me a well-thought out, structurally sound meal plan that catered to my needs as a power lifter. The meals keep me lean enough to stay in my weight class, but they also include enough energy to get me through intense, heavy training. Thanks a lot Chris!

Working with Chris has been one of the most unique and beneficial experiences I have had when it comes to weight loss and my general health.
I had been hitting the gym 7 days a week for years and not getting anywhere as far as results. When I met with him, he actually had me cut back on my cardio and my lifting when he changed my diet. I even doubled my food intake at the time to keep up with what he wanted.
I started the second week in January at 311.5 lbs and now in the second week of May I weighed in at 268.5 lbs. That’s 43 lbs in 4 months. I kept just about all the muscle and endurance I had and lost the maximum amount of what is considered ‘healthy’ weight loss per week that most doctors tell you is good for you.
Let me just say that while I wasn’t a believer in thinking these kinds of changes would make this much of a difference before, I am now. The weekly check ins are simple, and he updates as we need going along, but if it isn’t broken, he won’t try to fix it unless you want to push faster and harder. I must say that working with Chris has been AWESOME and I would recommend to anyone looking to lose weight and start a healthier lifestyle that this is your guy!
