Tuttle Nutrition, LLC, (previously Nutrition For You LLC) expressly disclaims responsibility for any adverse effects arising from following any of the nutrition coaching or exercise programs without the appropriate medical supervision.

Tuttle Nutrition gladly accepts merchandise returns and size exchanges only within the first seven (7) days of delivery. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, use of a shipper and method with tracking provided is required.

A refund will only be processed once the merchandise returned, inspected and determined to be undamaged and able to be resold. Items must be returned within seven (7) days of initial delivery.

NOTE: All monthly plans have 3-month minimums unless otherwise discussed prior to purchase.

Tuttle Nutrition does not give refunds for nutrition coaching; however, we do allow for pausing remaining time not used. You must notify us you want to pause your program for us to honor saving your time. Please contact us via email to do so.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, tracking included. Please allow up to 5-7 business days handling time for your item to be shipped.

Please note: shipping times vary depending upon inventory on hand, availability of products, and increased shipping times through third party carriers.

Our prices are listed in USD dollars and do not include taxes and shipping charges.

Sales tax will be added to any merchandise orders shipped within Texas. Sales tax is NOT charged on services or merchandise orders being shipped outside of Texas.

Use of the Website—By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
