He started Tuttle Nutrition in 2011, enabling him to better share his extensive knowledge of nutrition and exercise with his clients. Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of New Haven. From there, he expanded his understanding of nutrition by completing a Dietetic Internship at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York.  After leaving New York, he continued to study nutrition in further depth and earned a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph.

The importance of nutrition was evident early in Chris’s life when he was diagnosed with hypoglycemia at the age of ten. He learned the advantage of eating multiple small meals which contained a balance of complex carbohydrates and protein and resulted in stabilizing his blood sugar. Working in the past in an acute care setting at a Connecticut hospital has served to underscore the critical importance of nutrition in achieving and maintaining good health.

Combining good nutrition with physical training contributed to his success by earning his professional status as a Motocross competitor in 2004 and more recently achieving his IFBB pro card as a bodybuilder at the NPC Nationals in November 2013.

Chris loves to educate others on the power of nutrition and derives great satisfaction helping them to achieve their goals.  He is dedicated to sharing his love of nutrition with others in the hope that this knowledge will serve others as well as it has served him.
